Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please inform the restaurant of any dietary requirements or food intolerances prior to your visit.

Dogs & Guide Dogs

As we are a food led business dogs are not permitted within the premises unless they are a registered guide/aid dog. However, dogs are permitted outside when our terrace is operational.

Disabled Access

Please inform our duty manager if any of your guests have restricted mobility and we will ensure a suitable table is allocated. Dine Murrayfield is on street level and has full disabled toilets and facilities.

General Information

At busy times we operate a 15 minute ‘no show’ policy and cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to your allocated reservation time. Whilst we do our upmost to honour table requests, we unfortunately cannot guarantee.

Service Charge

A discretionary 10% service charge is added to tables of 8 guests and over. Gratuities left by our customers are passed in full to the staff. Neither the company, nor senior management benefit in any kind whatsoever from gratuities left by our customers.

Group Reservations

To reserve a table for parties of eight guests and over we require a valid debit or credit card to confirm your reservation. Debit / credit card details are held securely and will be charged £10.00 per person (£20.00 in December) in the event of a No Show or a Late Cancellation.

Children

Children and young person’s up to the age of 17 years can remain on the premises until 10:00pm. A children’s menu is available up until 6:00pm. We also have 2x highchairs and baby changing facilities.
