The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees is of paramount importance and we are committed to our business being a safe place to visit and work.

Our already rigorous hygiene policies and procedures have been reviewed and strengthened to ensure we provide a safe and hygienic environment for all.

In full compliance with government guidance we have invested in:

– Customer online track and trace system
– Touch free sanitiser stations
– Hand sanitiser dispensers in all toilet areas
– Hand sanitiser on all restaurant tables
– Antibacterial soaps and hand cream in all toilets
– Discreet effective social distancing measures
– Employee temperature checks
– COVID-19 risk assessment, employee awareness and training
– Increased housekeeping and venue cleaning
– Contactless pay-at-table facilities

In addition to the above we have implemented additional venue hygiene inspections, extra cleaning of high traffic hard surfaces, sanitised door handles, the issue of antibacterial hand wipes and sanitizer gel to all employees and we’ve imposed strict restricted access to all food preparation areas.

Social distancing is everyone’s responsibility, and we ask that all customers please adhere to the minimum 1-meter guidance policy. Customers are required to wear face masks when entering and moving around the restaurant.
